  1. Welcome, Rachel! I am delighted that an advocate for pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods is now a member of the Reconnect Rochester board.

  2. God bless you for your courage to run for mayor
I have admired your work for years.
I am Bud DeWolff ,a national, international Architect with headquarters in our city.
You have alway been sensitive to my endeavors.
Like you I buck the political establishments of Rochester.
You defended my situation when I won the 455 million remodernization school disrrict and the politics cleverly removed me in favor of the FBI investigated Contractor of the first phase.
I designed the unique 25 Story high rise on parcel 5 to also house a Performing Arts Center.i reared the design knowing I was too late to submit because I was disappointed at the projects that could win.
My design for parcel 5 was applauded by Architects and others and stated that it was needed to place Rochester at a high lever of a progressive city exactly what your mission is.
I have been a long time friend of Governor Patacki and he enlisted me as an advisor as when he called me to ask me what I thiught of him running for Governor of NY I told him I had a vision that he would win by 4.2% and he did just that
. I predict that you will win by 18% if you be yourself .
I do not know how to contact you but check my website. I have very influential friends who feel the same as I do “THE CITY HAS TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX”
I have had a history of proposals to the city that would have elevated our City but most, not all, have been ignored.
The Mayor’s office asked me to design a creative Performing Arts Center two years ago to take to the Governor for funding .I never heard how she fared.
The project is on my web site.
I am semiretired and no longer Practicibg in this country therefore my contacting you is the sole purpose of offering my assistance to make my prediction for you become a reality.
Call GOV Patackl and he will relate the story To You.
I look forward to addressing you as Honorable Mayor Barnheart
